Accounting & Bookkeeping
Let us take care of the financial details so that you can focus on what you do best
- Monthly in-person or video conferencing meetings
- Reconciliation of all business accounts (including any credit cards in the personal name(s) but used solely for business purposes) starting with the tax year we agree upon
- Maintaining a computerized general ledger for the business separate and apart from any personal assets
- Reconciliation of all investment accounts (i.e. pensions, stocks, crypto etc)
- Maintaining a computerized general ledger for each investment asset
- Maintaining a computerized general ledger for individual world

Tax Preparation &
Advisory
Know your financial picture before you have to. Get support from a financial partner all year round… not just when taxes are due.
- Preparing federal and state business tax returns
- Preparing federal and state individual tax returns
- Examining assessment notices and discussing your issue with the respective taxing authority
- Tax planning and projections at minimum annually (but as soon as quarterly or monthly if necessary)
- Compliance Returns (if applicable)
- Quarterly Estimated Tax Payments
- Payroll (inclusive of running with Paychex)
- Issue 1099s for independent contractors and/or miscellaneous income

- Reviewing of the last months financials together
- Discussing current cash flow, income on the horizon, large one time expenses, what it costs to keep the company running
- Budgeting for dry season (if there is one)
- Updating on where the business stands compared to last month, last year, and if they are in line with budgets
- Discussing taxes owed (or what is coming up)
- Discussing any tax credits or planning that may be of use
